Chennai Areas to get upgraded Infrastructure

With the involvement from City Corporation, more than 15 Km of road in the neighborhood area of Okkiyam-Thoraipakkam has been provided by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. Information said that additionally the government is set to take up about 7.2Km road, told Amarprakash Royal Castle Reviews. During the inspection, it was revealed that in Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, more than 90,000 people are living and about 3400 tenements were not occupied. People who are homeless and staying in roads and canals will be asked to settle here. Along with homes, the government also has planned to provide best civic amenities for the residents. With this decision, Kannagi Nagar is one such area to get a new makeover. In this location, 20 parks, 2,000 square metres of plots, 3 burial grounds and 2 primary schools are soon going to get a new look. In a 1.25 acre of land, the Metropolitan Transport Corporation has decided to construct a Rs.2 crore worth bus terminus. Also, in the allotted space, the government has planned to construct a police station. At present, the location is provided with 19 Children’s centers, library, vocational training center, post office and 7 ration shops. In some areas, the missing facilities would be provided.
